Role Description• Day to day management on site, reporting to the Project Manager• Attend all onsite meetings• Implement Health & Safety procedures• Contribute to the delivery of the project on time and within budget• Manage sub-contractors in an effective manner, ensuring any snags are revisited and completed to a high standard• Manage all finishes• Ensure handover to the client is achieved in a timely fashionSkill Requirements• Extensive experience on commercial and residential projects• Experience in the management of sub-contractors• Excellent communication skills• Ability to motivate and manage• Ability to present reports defining projects progress, problems and solutions• 6-8 years’ relevant experience working directly for a medium-large main contractor as a finishing foreman on commercial projects• Trade Qualification or Construction related qualification
