Customer Service Support

The candidate will gain practical experience in the operation of a new financial services office and the launch of new financial services.

The person will part of a project team onboarding clients to an electronic platform. The work will involve telephoning clients, handling client application forms and providing assistance in the completion of same.

Enthusiasm, excellent communication skills and attention to detail are key requirements for the role.

The candidate will receive formal/informal training in the following: dealing, credit control, customer service skills, presentation skills and developing successful marketing strategies.

On completion of the 3 month contract, the candidate will have attained skills in marketing, customer services, financial and investment services.
