Digital Marketing Specialist

We are looking for an international marketing specialist to join our team. You will be responsible for planning, implementing, reporting on and optimising social media content, display, search and video campaigns to ensure alignment with our clients’ online marketing strategies.

A degree in marketing or something related to market
4 or more years of experience in digital marketing
Naturally analytical with the ability to think strategically
A self-starting, enthusiastic problem solver
Experience managing accounts with a monthly spend of up to Euro 50,000
Ability to handle two or more client accounts
A global team player, able to work collectively as part of the marketing team, whilst having the confidence to work independently and deliver objectives and responsibilities.
A strong communicator with excellent written and verbal skills, making the complexity of a modern digital marketing function simple to understand
Advanced experience in the following areas: Google Ads, Google Analytics, Microsoft Ads, Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Advertising.
Experience in the following areas: Amazon Advertising, Twitter Advertising, WordPress & HTML, and Graphic Design
Advantages: Video editing, Animation & motion graphics

Plan and execute thought out PPC strategies.
Manage all digital advertising platforms for assigned clients.
Keep detailed client lists and databases up to date.
Data consolidation such as compiling and distributing financial and statistical information (budget spreadsheets and marketing reports).
Marketing administration, such as tracking and actioning payments for marketing. campaigns, filing invoices, indexing marketing materials and keeping marketing/costing reports up to date.
Ad hoc instructions and tasks from the Project Manager.
Drafting meeting minutes.
Coordinating and relaying business unit/team needs with the Project Manager.
Consult on marketing opportunities and keep an action plan with regular reports and detailed updates.
Actively engage with a graphic designer to create graphic and video ads that are aligned. with corporate identity and promote the brand of the business.
Plan and execute PPC/social media campaigns.
New business leads tracking and first responses to leads.
Seek out new avenues to generate online sales leads.
Assist with marketing research.
Design online marketing online audiences to target advertising cost-effectively.
Work closely with account/project managers to plan and optimize campaign performance.
