Facilities Lead

Job Introduction
A great brand-new vacancy has become available in Dublin to join as a Facilities Lead on a new site with a well established and prestigious Sodexo’s Client account. You would have a substantial track record in facilities management, excellent organisation and communication skills and experience in CMMS and CAFM system usage.
We offer a salary up to €47,000 and excellent development.
The Ideal Candidate
Essential requirements:

Substantial facilities management experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills
Excellent computer skills and proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
A good understanding and experience in CMMS & CAFM systems
A confident and positive manner
Flexible attitude and ability to be a self-starter
Good all-round knowledge of building maintenance,
Awareness of general health and safety laws and requirements
Building Fabric skills
Desired skills, qualities:

A qualification in Building Services
Team leadership and management
Ability to self-motivate and drive others towards clearly defined goals
Ability to document processes, procedures and best practices
and progression opportunities within Sodexo.

Role Responsibility
Main point of contact for the Client on site
Sodexo Operational Lead on site
Act as a “gate keeper” for sub-contractors and visitors to site
Maintain working relationship and communication lines with the building landlord
Respond to and manage all facilities requests that come in from the client
In conjunction with Sodexo MS Service Delivery Leads Co-Ordinate and Manage Duties of Facilities Co-Ordinator, Facilities Technician and Cleaning Operatives
Ensure that all Mail and deliveries to and from site are managed as required
Ensuring all required building checks and maintenance is carried out to the highest standard.
Ensure all PPM’s are competed in timely manner
Assisting the Team to ensure all relevant tasks are completed to the highest standard
Assisting with general health and safety responsibilities, liaising with Sodexo H&S Lead to Complete health and safety walks and near miss reports
Ensure the appropriate permitting and management of sub-contractors in relation to maintenance works
Ensure efficient completion of service requests generated by the helpdesk
Assist and enhance service delivery through best practice and the effective use of site systems and equipment
Ensure all work is carried out in a safe manner and in accordance with Sodexo procedures
Deal with customers in a professional and courteous manner
Ensure maintenance regime is completed and company EHS processes are followed
Requirement to work outside of business hours as required in line with client operational requests.
