You must be able to manage the restaurant including managing the kitchen, managing people, management of rosters. You must be able to do cost analysis, should have good communication skills, good grasp of customer service, must be able to manage inventory and procurement and hygiene policies. A knowledge of ethnic ingredients an advantage. Knowledge of Urdu, Punjabi or Arabic an advantage.
