Description of Role:

Morilles Bistro are currently recruiting for a Chef de Partie to join our team.

Requirements:

Must have previous experience
Must be flexible with working hours
Must have the ability to multitask
Must possess knowledge of best cooking practices

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

Preparing ingredients
Maintaining high standards of hygiene
Taking directions from both Head Chef and Sous Chef
Ensuring co-operation with HACCP Standards at all times
Ensuring the hygiene and food safety standards are met in all stages of food preparation
