Operations Supervisor required for a food production facility. Understanding of HACCP is essential with relevant food related qualifications or experience working in a fast paced production kitchen or catering environment.
Principal duties include
-leading a production team to ensure orders are met
-ensuring products are always of the highest standard of quality whilst also maintaining customer specification of products along with the technical team
-optimising efficiencies and processes by careful planning of schedules and communicating plans to staff in a timely manner
-complying with safety standards, nutrition and sanitation regulations
-assisting with new product development and processes, procurement and stock management
-ensuring all paperwork/ records are kept in order
