Quality Technician required for a food production facility. Understanding of HACCP essential with a Food Science qualification or a minimum of 3 years experience in Quality desired.
Principal duties include
-ensuring all paperwork/ records are kept in order and carrying out quality inspections on produce at intake and finished product stage.
-ensuring HACCP and BRC requirements are set down and maintained at all times
-carrying out routine internal audits to ensure the facility is compliant with all health & safety and quality regulations.
