Office administrator & shipping assistant

We have a vacancy for Maternity leave cover for an office administrator & shipping assistant. This is a fixed eighteen month employment contract.  Applicants are invited to send CV’s to in Microsoft Word or PDF only, the closing date for applications will be Monday 25th  January  2021.
Job Description
•    Dealing with phone calls, e-mails, couriers.
•    Reception, customer service and general ad hoc duties.
•    Learning full EAD and SAD customs paperwork formalities for exporting.
•    Supporting our logistic & operations team with dispatch paperwork.
•    Completing reporting activities as required.

Applicants should have experience of working within a team, have excellent communication skills and be Microsoft Office Competent.
