Office administrator & shipping assistant

We have a vacancy for Maternity leave cover for an office administrator & shipping assistant. This is a fixed eighteen month employment contract.  Applicants are invited to send CV’s to hr@terra.ie in Microsoft Word or PDF only, the closing date for applications will be Monday 25th  January  2021.
Job Description
•    Dealing with phone calls, e-mails, couriers.
•    Reception, customer service and general ad hoc duties.
•    Learning full EAD and SAD customs paperwork formalities for exporting.
•    Supporting our logistic & operations team with dispatch paperwork.
•    Completing reporting activities as required.

Applicants should have experience of working within a team, have excellent communication skills and be Microsoft Office Competent.
