Office Administrator required on a Permanent Basis in Clare.
The Tilefactory is an importer and retailing company based in Clare a well-established Irish owned company. Our retail store provides a complete range of tiles and accessories and we operate a complete turnkey bathroom renovations business with all qualified trades employed within.
Your new role
As the Administrator, you will be responsible for all sales, procurement and dispatch reconciliations utilising our customised computerised system. You will liaise closely with sales and warehouse on a daily basis to ensure smooth running of each project.
What you will need to succeed
You will have 2-3 years office administration / computerised experience. You will ideally have experience of working within a busy office environment with excellent communication and organisational skills, which will be required to excel with the computerised system.
Your duties for supporting the finance department will the administrating of invoicing, ordering, and processing of dispatch delivery dockets.
