Pastry Chef

The following job duties will be carried out in Mr. Fox Restaurant.
Food preparation and ensuring a professional, friendly and courteous service;
Ensuring health and safety standards are met within the kitchen;
Responsible for all commis chefs and will need to guide and mentor them when necessary;
Responsible for the preparation of all culinary dishes prepared in their section;
Reliably carry out orders handed down to them by the sous chef or head chef;
Support the kitchen in the absence of senior chefs.
Must maintain a thorough knowledge and understanding of all standards of performance and delivery within your department.
