Experienced Pizza Chef required to mix, ferment and bake high quality pizza bases. Candidates must have at least a years experience working in artisan bread bakeries. Own transport essential.
Effectively and efficiently perform daily work tasks to the highest level of hygiene, food safety and health and safety standards.
Being an integral part of the team, working together on the assembly line. Early morning starts. Work 40-45 hours a week. Punctual, reliable and flexible including early morning hours. Must have strong artisan bakery skills such as experience of long fermentation process.
Must demonstrate an interest in artisan bread. Excellent communication skills.

Own transport. Good communication skills in English
